Use Logitech G HUB on PC or Logitech G App on iPhone/Android to check for firmware updates. Select A50 X > gear icon > Settings, confirm firmware version or update as needed.
How do I connect to the PC/have G HUB recognize my device?
The A50 X is capable of connecting to the PC via Bluetooth for audio, but to be recognized on G HUB, the dock be connected to the PC.
My device is unresponsive. How do I perform a reset to factory settings on my A50 X?
Ensure Base Station is powered and headset is docked. Hold PLAYSYNC and GAME buttons for 6+ seconds. Release when Base Station's LED panel battery indicator lights turn off.
Can I connect A50 X to a USB hub when using it with my PC?
No, we recommend connecting your A50 X directly to an open USB-A port on your PC/Mac.
When I use my A50 X with an LG OLED TV and a PS5, it shows me a black screen or Invalid Format error
Update to the latest firmware using G HUB on PC/Mac or the Logitech G App on iPhone/Android. Also, ensure your TV has been updated to the manufacturer’s latest firmware/OS or try adjusting the PS5’s 4K Video Transfer Rate / disabling Deep Color.
